Road trips!

We have a couple of road trips this month, starting this Saturday with a return to The Box, a great little venue in Crewe. Details for this one are below:

Then, the following weekend we’re making the long haul down to the Suffolk coast with a show at The Jubilee Hall in Aldeburgh. This is an all-seater and we’ll be bringing the full show into this little, beautifully old-fashioned hall which holds 220 people, with tickets selling already selling excellently. The promoters of the show are a local hotel, The White Lion, who offer a pre-show dinner and seats at the concert in the Jubilee Hall a few doors away so we should be playing to a lot of people with full bellies! Being a midlands-based band it’s rare we get a trip to the seaside so we’re really looking forward to this one and have booked rooms in a nearby hotel as it’d be a long drive back home afterwards! Should be a good crack! There are some tickets still available so full details for this concert are as follows.

Then, the month of December sees us returning to a couple of atmospheric and fun venues with gigs at STONEY STANTON SOCIAL CLUB on Saturday 6th December and the pre-xmas show at THE ROADHOUSE BIRMINGHAM on Sat 20th December. More about those in the next blog!

Finally, today sees the release of ‘Sick To Death’, the latest Freedom To Glide masterpiece. As you may well know, F2G is the work of our own Andy and Pete and their original music, which carries a distinctive Floyd vibe, is as evocative and thought provoking as it is musically memorable.
