New Website

Hi everyone!

Welcome to our brand new website! About time you may say but hey, these things take a long while!

Designed by DSOTW bass player Steve Chilton (with all the technical bits done by John Harris of Multishake) this new site aims to be visually appealing, up to date and also much more functional than our old one. With a new administration set-up involved we will also be able to update it ourselves a lot more regularly than has happened previously too. We hope you like it.

New features include a high quality live recording of Shine On You Crazy Diamond (to which we hope to add to with other tracks in the future), a live Twitter feed with all the latest tweets from Sofia (who looks after our Twitter account) immediately appearing on the site, and all the venue details you need for every show we do, with the next one coming up also featured on the home page. Please keep an eye on the Live Gigs page for details of all upcoming shows as and when they are confirmed. This is where you’ll see it first! Another new feature is a ‘subscribe’ facility on our Contact page which will enable you to receive each website post direct to your own personal inbox! How cool is that?

One massive change to the old site is the new ‘Photo Albums’ on the ‘Media’ section. We have compiled many albums from shoots done at particular shows and our sincere thanks go to Ian Marks, Ian Pickering, Reg Richardson, Wayne Willday, Pete Riley, Steve Childs, Sunil Gupta and Julian Ward for the use of all their excellent photos. For people who have been coming to shows for some time we’ve also compiled some ‘Vintage’ photo albums, which will hopefully stir a few memories. No doubt John Wall and Barry Page will be taking a good look at these albums in particular.

Take a good look around and we hope to see you at a DSOTW show very soon!
