BBC Coventry & Warwickshire radio interview

Hi everyone.

Just to let you know I’m going to be interviewed live on air on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire Radio on Friday 26th June at around 10.30am.

The station is doing an hour long feature on the year 1967 and wanted someone to comment on the emergence of Pink Floyd following the release of their debut album that year. As DSOTW do what we do, the show’s producer contacted me and asked if I’d contribute? Never one to miss an opportunity to promote the band I naturally said… “oh go on then”.

FOOTNOTE: Apologies for the lack of posts over the last month or so. Following on from the hugely enjoyable local gigs at The Queens Hall in Nuneaton and at The Albany Club in Coventry we have been to places much further afield recently with shows in first Barnsley, at the end of May, and then Maidenhead two weeks later. It’s been great to take our show to new audiences and at both venues we’ve been thrilled at the audience response. Next up is an old favourite of ours… The Mill Arts Centre in Banbury on Saturday 11th July – always get to put on a special show at this place. All details are here:
